complain about the rude treatment

Dear Sir or Madam

I am writing to complain about the rude treatment at reception for counselling in building A in TAFE.
The first time, I made an appointment with a councellor last semester, the receptionist wasn’t good. The second time, I made an appointment again, the receptionist’s attitude was rude, and she made me wait for a long time, because she couldn’t find my file.
Councelling is a service that is meant to help students to solve problems. If the reception service isn’t good, then nobody will make enquiries and it will lose its significance.
So, I am hopeful that the reception service will be improved.

  1. I'm sorry to hear that you had such a bad experience with the Counselling unit's receptionist. You are correct in saying that it is a valuable service for students.
    By the way, you need to write the correct spelling of 'counselling'?
